Apr 15 2008, 2:41 AM EDT I finally watched the episodes from last week and was so livid I had to find a way to send some feedback to CBS. Here's what I sent them via the comment form: I'm posting it here because I don't know where this would fit given the guidelines for posting threads. Apr 15 2008, 2:42 AM EDT here 'tis: My complaint concerns the storyline on ATWT between Luke and Noah. The whole "no kissing" issue was bad enough but then the first time they're alone these two college age men jump up and down on a bed. What kind of audience do you think you have that would take that seriously. It has helped undermine any sense of legitimacy the story might have had. My sincerest compassion to the actors that had to endure that scene. Given the soap opera world it defies even the absurdity of falling into a vat of acid and returning unscathed several years after, or being possessed by Satan and living to see several marriages develop (I thought Days of Our Lives had the goods on such idiocy.) This insults your audience's common sense and this viewer is sorely tempted to stop watching completely. This is 2008 by the way, gay relationships are real, normal and as full of issues as any between two people...stop this juvenile (apologies to the young people who know better) approach to a modern relationship between two adults. 1 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |
