A Special Time - Sec 9
Section 9
The next morning Noah awoke and Luke was not in the bed. He sat up to find Luke sitting in one of the chairs over by the window. Wrapped in a blanket. Noah got up and quietly walked over to Luke, who was lost in his thoughts. He slid his hands under the blanket and down Luke's chest." "Hey why didn't you wake me up?"
Luke looked up at him and kissed him on the mouth. "I thought you needed the sleep after last night."
Noah snuggled into Luke's neck. "Last night was incredible."
Luke got up and walked around the chair to face Noah. "Incredible isn't strong enough of a word. It was better than I ever imagined. I will never forget it"
Noah put his arms under Luke's blanket and around his waist. Luke wrapped his blanket around Noah. "Neither will I. It was definitely special." Noah kissed Luke. "What have you been doing sitting here by yourself?"
Luke looked at the window. "I was just looking at all the snow. Thinking about how great things are and that I want them to stay like this."
Noah kissed Luke on the cheek. "I think things are only going to get better for us. What do you say we get something to eat or maybe a little repeat performance, before we hit the slopes?" Noah said pushing his slightly stiff cock toward Luke."
Luke stepped away from Noah, leaving him standing there naked and walked over to the table. "I ordered up room service."
Noah followed him over to the table, a little disappointed. "Oh. Great"
Luke picked up the tray. "I was thinking we could have breakfast in bed."
Noah perked up and followed Luke. "I like the way you think." Noah walked over to the bed. Noah climbed under the covers and adjusted the pillows behind him. "It's funny, I didn't hear anyone knock."
Luke climbed into bed next to Noah. "I waited by the door and caught the waiter before he knocked." Luke lifted the cover off the plates. "I just ordered a light breakfast. Croissants and fruit, with coffee and juice."
Noah picked up a piece of fruit and held it up for Luke to take from the fork. "What I don't have to beg this morning."
Noah smiled. "Maybe later."
Luke smiled. "Later? More surprises?"
Noah shook his head. "No, not really. It's just that it is New Year's eve and they are having a big party. I thought you might want to go?"
Luke thought for a minute. "Well, that does sound nice, but we did come here to be alone. Do you mind if we skip the party and just stay in tonight?"
Noah moved the tray to the side. "I was hoping you would feel that way." He pulled Luke down onto the bed and into a deep kiss.
//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Luke and Noah approached the farm. "I don't want to go home. I wish we could have stayed in Galena."
Noah put his arms around Luke's waist. "I do too, but it would have got to be pretty expensive."
Luke smiled. "Okay. Why do you have to be the voice of reason?"
Noah kissed Luke. "Besides, your parents like me. I don't think that would be true if I kidnapped their son."
Luke stepped back from Noah. "So you don't want to run away with me?" He gave Noah a pouty face.
Noah pulled Luke back towards him. "I can't think of anything better. Maybe we can go away again soon."
Luke smiled. "I would like that."
Noah sighed. "For now it is back to reality."
Luke got an idea. "What if things didn't go back to the way they were?"
Noah looked at Luke completely confused. "What do you mean?"
Luke continued. "What if I moved in with you?"
Noah smiled at first and then got a concerned look on his face. "What about your parents?"
Luke put his hands on Noah's face. "You said it yourself they like you and with everything that is going on here, they probably could do without me being in the way."
Noah thought about what Luke said. "I guess you might be right."
Luke looked at Noah with his puppy dog eyes. "So what do you think? Do you want me to move in with you?"
Noah shrugged his shoulders and then nodded. "I would love it."
Luke grabbed Noah's hand. "Great. Let's go tell them now."
Noah nervously followed behind Luke.

Holden and Lily were sitting at the kitchen table. They looked up when they heard the screen door open. Lily got up from the table. "Luke, your home."
Luke hugged his mom. "Hi Mom. Hi Dad."
Holden got up to greet his son. "How was the snowboarding?"
Luke smiled. "Great."
Noah chimed in. "Yeah, there was a lot of snow."
Lily was concerned. "You didn't over do, did you Luke?"
Luke shook his head. "No, Mom. We only did the smaller hill. I feel fine."
Lily was relieved. "Glad to hear it. Did you guys want anything? You must be hungry after that long drive."
Luke looked at Noah. "No, but we need to talk to you about something."
Lily and Holden got worried. "Is something wrong?" Holden asked.
Luke shook his head and laughed nervously. "No. Why don't we sit down."
Lily looked at Holden and then back at Luke. "Okay you are making me nervous."
Noah tried to reassure them. "There is nothing to be nervous about."
They all sat down at the table. Luke took a deep breath. "Noah and I were talking about the new semester starting."
Holden nodded. "Yeah, what about it?"
Luke continued. "Well, Noah is staying by himself and I thought it would be nice to be closer to campus." Luke paused. "So we thought maybe we would move in together."
Holden and Lily looked at each other. "You mean be roommates?" Holden said.
Noah smiled. 'Yeah, pretty much."
Lily put her hand on Holden's. "Well, we have noticed that you two have been getting close lately, but this is a big step."
Luke nodded. "I know, but it is what we both want." Luke said looking at Noah and taking his hand.
Holden bit his lower lip. "That must have been some trip."
Lily cut her eyes at Holden. "Holden, please."
Luke looked at his father. "Dad we want to be together and you and mom can't stop that."
Lily took Luke's hand. "We know that. We were just taken by surprise. That's all."
Holden nodded. 'Your mom's right. I'm sorry I reacted the way that I did. Of course you guys would want to be together."
Luke smiled. "I'm glad you understand."
Lily braced herself before she asked the next question. "So when will you be moving out?"
Luke looked at Noah again. "Well, I was thinking I would take some of my things today and maybe get the rest on the weekend."
Lily swallowed. "I was afraid you would say that."
Luke took his mother's hand. "It's not like I won't stop by all the time."
Holden put his hand on top of Luke's and his mother's. "We know, but we will miss you."
Luke got up from the table and hugged his parents. "I guess I will go get my things."
Noah got up from the table. Holden walked over to him. "I know this is new for both of you and I know you care a great deal about Luke, but I can't help saying it. If you hurt my son you will answer to me."
Noah assured Holden. "Mr Snyder, I love your son. I owe everything to him. If it wasn't for him I don't know where I would be now. I would rather give up my life then to see pain in his eyes."
Holden put out his hand to shake Noah's. "I'm sure it won't come to that, but it is nice to hear."
Luke came down stairs. "Well, I got what I need."
Luke turned to his parents. "I will pick up the rest on the weekend."
Lily and Holden hugged their son. "Okay. Why don't we walk you out."
Lily and Holden walked Noah and Luke out. They waved as the boys drove away. Lily turned and fell on Holden and began to sob.
/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
Luke and Noah entered Noah's apartment. Noah put down his bags and Luke put his backpack on the sofa. "You were awfully quiet on the way over. Is everything alright?"
Noah nodded his head. "Everything is fine."
Luke put his hand on Noah's shoulder. "You are okay with me moving in with you? Aren't you?"
Noah looked at the floor. "Yeah, sure. It's just that..."
Luke got worried. "It's just that what?"
Noah looked at Luke. "It's just that I didn't expect you to move in right away."
Luke's heart sank. "Oh, I see."
Noah put his hand on Luke's shoulder. "No, Luke you don't understand."
Luke picked up his bag. "Don't worry. I understand. It was my idea. I kind of pushed it on you."
Noah touched Luke's hand. "Will you stop this. I love the idea of you being here. I'm just processing it all. It is going a little fast."
Luke pulled away. "Don't worry. I can go back home. I'm..."
Noah grabbed Luke's arm. "I don't want you to go."
Luke turned around. "Are you sure?"
Noah nodded. "Yes, I'm sure.
The last two days were the most wonderful of my life. I just didn't expect that it would lead to this."
Luke smiled. "So where did you see it going?"
Noah shook his head. "I don't know, but I do know, that I want to have that feeling again."
Luke stepped closer to Noah. "I do too."
Noah kissed Luke. "Then why don't I find a place for you to put your things?"
