Hey guys I saw the announcement in the paper. I believe congratulations are in order. So when is the big day? Tony said walking up to Luke and Noah who were sitting on a bench in Oldtowne. Uh yeah thanks Tony. We haven’t set a date yet. Noah said feeling a little awkward. How are you doing? I heard you and Reg got back together.. No that’s just a rumour. He kind of came back to me after you punched his lights out but he’s found someone else. Tony sighed. I don’t know where he found that guy but they’re almost always together. Haven’t you seen them? Noah.. we really have to get dressed now. My mum will kill us if we’re late. And if she kills you tonight I won’t be able to marry you in august. There you two finally are! I expected you here two hours ago! Lily said clearly annoyed when Luke and Noah walked into the farmhouse kitchen. Yeah uh sorry mum.. something came up at home. Hey you’re here already! Faith shouted as she spotted her brother and her future brother in law walking towards the small crowd of various Snyder family members. Ah hello boys. Emma said getting up from her seat to hug first Luke and then Noah. Why are you so late? Oh uh we were busy at home and we lost track of time. Luke said grinning. A few hours later the party was coming to an end and Lily insisted the boys would say a few words to their guests. Luke got up pulling Noah to his feet too. Uh can I have everyone’s attention for a minute. Noah and I just want to say thanks for coming. Even though I’m sure my mum didn’t leave you all with much of a choice. We haven’t really decided on a date for the wedding yet but you’re all invited. Noah continued. Well maybe not all of you. Luke added and everyone laughed and applauded.

Oh I’m so glad we’re home. Luke said as he let himself fall back on the bed. I mean I love my family I really do but this was just too much. Yeah it was pretty hectic Noah said lying down next to Luke, pulling him close. You know when we were talking to your grandma’s earlier.. about the date for the wedding.. I kind of like august 17th.. and not just because I would only have to remember one date. Well baby if you want to get married on august 17th then that’s exactly what we’ll do. Luke said and kissed his fiancé softly on the lips.
