Jon stayed with Luke while Matt went to check on Noah.
Jon asked, 'So you're okay with Patrick not admitting to raping you?'
Luke replied, 'No, I'm not okay with it, I still have to live with the hurt and memories, but at least I confronted him and kicked his ass!
Jon chuckled, 'Yeah I saw him when he came out of the bedroom! I didn't know you had it in you! I guess all of you Snyder men have the same temper, huh?'
'I guess we do.' Luke grinned.
Jon laughed and asked, 'What about you're little friend, what's his name?'
Luke said 'Ty? I think he'll be fine. He's already told his parents he was gay. I'll call him tomorrow and let him know I can see him while he gets out-patient therapy at the clinic, or he can always call me on the phone, if he needs me.'
Luke looked around, yawned, and uttered, 'You know what a neat freak Noah is, I better get this place cleaned up before he comes.....
Luke ran his hand through his hair, 'Jon, what the hell should I do?!!'
Jon stood up and put an arm around Luke's shoulder. 'Talk to him like I have been telling you all along! I'm sure you two will be fine. You'll see. Come on, I'll help you clean up.' ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Matt walked into his apartment looking for Noah. The light was on in Noah's makeshift bedroom.
Matt walked to the entrance of Noah's room and knocked on the open door. Noah was lying on the bed. He sat up and said, 'Come in Matt.'
Matt walked in and sat on the futon next to Noah. 'What's the matter?' Matt asked concerned for his friend.
'Nothing Matt, why?' Noah asked in a low voice.
Matt smiled, 'You're lying in here alone while my boyfriend is comforting yours.
'He's not my.... He's impossible to live with. Luke doesn't trust me like you and Jon trust each other.' Noah breathed out heavily.
Matt put his hand on Noah's knee as a friendly gesture.
'Noah, Jon and I have been dating since freshman year that's almost four years. Trust like that takes time to build up and Jon and I... we're not perfect, no couple is. We've had our problems too, we've made mistakes and learned from them that's all. It comes with time and a lot of work.
Noah commented, 'Luke can only be around me if he's drunk. He's been sleeping on the couch and avoiding me. He's seeing someone named Christian. Remember the card I found in his coat with the name and number on it?'
'So! Just because Luke had it doesn't mean he did anything about it.' Matt argued.
'He was with him at Yo's, and spent the whole day with him yesterday. Don't ASK me what they were doing. It would only be speculation. All I know is that he was drunk when he came back BOTH times, and you know how THAT might have turned out!' Noah argued back.
Matt was surprised. 'NOAH! Why would he go back to doing THAT again after everything he's done for you? He went to rehab for you and asked you to move in with him!'
Noah stood up and agreed. 'That's what I intend to find out.'
Matt got up and followed Noah to Luke's apartment. Noah knocked loudly. Luke answered the door.
Luke looked deep within Noah's brilliant blue sapphire colored eyes. He caught a glimpse of the flame that glistened in them. Luke knew it that meant Noah was mad about something. Luke cast his eyes downward and moved out of the way to let them both in. Luke shut the door with a sigh. (Could this night get ANY worse?).
Jon was just finishing loading the dishwasher. He stood up and walked to Matt, smiling seductively. He kissed him on his mouth and pulled Matt close.
Mmmm, thanks. What was that for?' Matt whispered in Jon's ear.
Jon answered and smiled, 'Do I need a reason to kiss you, lover?'
'No.' Mat replied and bit Jon's earlobe playfully.
Jon whimpered and whispered back, 'Wanna go have our own party? I borrowed Noah's video recorder....'
Matt grinned and nodded his head eagerly.
Noah got up to see Jon and Matt to the door. They walked into the hallway together.
'Thanks you both for taking care of the party and driving Ty home. I really appreciate it and I know Luke does too. You don't have to wait up for me to unlock the door, I'll just sleep on the couch here.'
'Are you sure? Jon could just give you his key.' Matt stated.
Jon nudged Matt in the ribs and murmured, 'Maybe he WANTS to stay here. You are such a dork Mathew, you're lucky I love you so much.' Jon swatted Matt's ass as they walked down the hall together.
Noah closed the door. He held the shiny brass lock between his fingers and twisted it, locking him and Luke inside. He slowly and deliberately turned around to face Luke.
Luke was sitting on the couch with his elbows on his knee's and his hands over his face. 'Luke? Go make us each a cup of coffee, we've got a long night ahead of us.'

Luke took two cups and filled each one with coffee. He added sugar to Noah's and handed it to him. Luke took a seat across from him at the kitchen table.
Luke placed his hands in his lap. He slowly brought his eyes to Noah's hands on the table . They were laced together resting on the table. Luke wished he could hold one them for some kind of comfort and contact.
Luke took a sip of hot coffee. He moved his eyes to Noah's chest. Luke's eyes lingered there and remembered how he had always taken solace in Noah's arms while he laid his head on his chest. He had always felt safe and at home in Noah's arms. Luke looked up and stared into Noah's eyes.
They were usually mischievous, passionate and insightful, as though he was always in control. But not tonight.....not anymore. Tonight Noah looked fearful, like he didn't know answers to anything. What Noah was feeling was a mixture of heartache, confusion, and anger.
Noah took a sip, looked in coffee cup and said angrily, 'I don't know what to do Luke! The past week has been, without a doubt, the worst week of my life! No thanks to you! Do you have any idea what I have gone through?'
Luke shook his head. He really didn't WANT to hear how badly he had screwed up but he knew he NEEDED to hear it.
Noah's voice cracked as he said, 'What happened to us? You were my one and only love.' Noah's eyes glistened. ' I gave you everything you ever wanted, I guess... that wasn't what you wanted.....'
Luke spoke up and stretched his hand across the table to Noah's hand. Noah took Luke's hand and stroked it with his thumb affectionately.
Luke whispered, 'All I ever wanted was you Noah. I still do.'
Noah choked back a sob, 'I don't know if I can believe you Luke.'
'Why?! You are the only person that matters in my life Noah.' A teardrop slipped from Luke's eye.
Noah said just above a whisper, 'What about Christian? You've seen him more in the past two days than I've seen of you since you came back from rehab. If he makes you happy......' Noah pulled his hand away from Luke's grip on it, 'I won't stand in your way.'
Tears filled both boy's eyes and slipped down their cheeks. 'No! He doesn't mean anything to me. We met again the other night at Yo's, and yesterday I was at his house just talking.
'What do you mean you 'again'? You already knew him while we've been dating?' More tears fell onto Noah's cheeks. He wiped them with the back of his hand and stood up. He paced the floor as his jealousy reared it's ugly head.
'No, I haven't seen him since we've been together. We hooked up a couple of weeks before I met you. He was the last one. I swear!' Luke said openly.
'So, he's one of your boy~toy's from your whoring days? Tell me Luke, what in the HELL are you doing hanging around again with your old 'bump and run' friend?'
Luke gasped, the instant intake of air felt as cold as the words Noah had just uttered. His mouth dropped open and his eyes widened. Tears welled up in his eyes and began streaming down his face. He got up and ran into the bedroom. He sat in the corner with his arms wrapped around his knees sobbing uncontrollably. His body rocked back and forth.
Noah came in, sat next to him and put an arm around him. “I'm sorry, I was way out of line. I should go Luke....I'm not sure we have anything to salvage here anyway.' Noah started to rise. 'I really didn't mean it Luke....you're not a whore. I know you were troubled back then. I want to understand why you could be with him and not me the last two days.... that really hurts me Luke, that you would RATHER be with him than me.'
Luke had his head down and mumbled something Noah couldn't hear.
'What? I can't hear you.' Noah cupped Luke's chin tenderly and turned it to face him. Noah's stomach flip-flopped and he shivered from this simple contact with Luke's jaw.
Luke repeated what he said, 'I said, I'm sorry. I couldn't face you and I haven't had sex with anyone since I have been with you Noah.'
'You are all I need and want.' Luke began to weep loudly 'I know...(sob) I..I.. haven't been the boyfriend that...(sob)... you wanted. But I would..(sob)..die without you...I can't live....without..you..Noahhh'! (sobbing) Luke's body shook as he cried. 'Please.. Noah...come back...to me... '(sob)
Noah squatted next to Luke and wiped his tears with the bottom of his dress shirt. He hugged Luke close. Noah brushed his fingers through Luke's hair. 'Shhh, Luke it's okay, Shhhhh.' Noah brought Luke's head to his chest and held him until his sobs ceased.
Luke was angry, 'I would never have sex with someone else while I was with you. Why would you even think that?!'
'Because you're hiding things from me, things I'm finding about you from other people that I wish YOU could've confided to me.'
Luke asked quietly, 'Like what, Noah?'
'Matt, thankfully, let me know about my truck at Yo's. How did you get home?'
'Christian and I shared a cab. He gave me his card. That's all. Maybe..I...I think I kissed him.'
Noah got up and walked to the window. He watched the car lights zoom past the apartment. The wind blew the trees, making them dance slowly back and forth. Somewhere he heard a baby crying and a loud TV.
Luke stood up and walked to Noah.
'What is it? Are you mad at me?' Luke asked and wrapped his arms around Noah's waist while resting his head on his back.
Noah shook his head. He turned toward Luke with hurt in his eyes. 'Why are you lying to me? Your story keeps changing Luke....you say nothing happened... now all of a sudden there was a kiss.....did your cock accidentally slide into his ass too?'
Noah walked out the bedroom door, into the living room, and sat on the couch alone. He leaned his head back,resting it on the back of the couch. His eyes were closed tightly trying to keep his tears in. It was useless, just like this relationship. Twenty minutes later He strode into the bedroom and took a very deep breath. He blew it out and looked at Luke.
Luke was still sitting on the floor. There was a pile of used Kleenex on the carpet next to him. 'Noah,' He murmured, 'I'm trying to be truthful. I just remembered the kiss. I did kiss him, then backed away and apologized to him. You're being really hurtful.'
Noah sat on the bed and held his hand out to Luke. Luke took his hand and Noah pulled him up to sit next to him. 'I'm just as messed up as you babe.'
'Noah? Will you please give me a hug...I need..to feel your arms around me..please?'
Noah wrapped his arms around Luke. He kissed his forehead. Luke looked into Noah's eyes. Luke wanted to kiss Noah's delicious lips so badly. He licked his own lips and leaned into Noah. Noah backed away from Luke's advances.
'Luke, honey, we still have to talk about all of this and I really don't know where we are headed with this relationship yet.
You still haven't told me everything. Why, couldn't you tell me Luke? Noah sputtered, then burst into tears. 'Why couldn't you tell me about your sexual assault? It makes me feel pretty shitty that you felt you couldn't trust me. It makes me think bad things about myself, like I wasn't good enough. Did you think so low of me that I would think you asked for it...or did you think I was the kind of person who would dump you because of it? Noah snapped.
Luke shook his head. 'N..No.. I thought you wouldn't think of me as a....man. I was ashamed that it happened...I felt a of loss of control during it and the only way I thought I could get it back....was to be in control again..of my sexual encounters.' But that has nothing to do with us now. I told you about the rape....'
'What else Luke?' Noah asked firmly.
'What? What do you mean?' Luke asked.
What else? Is there more?' Noah tested Luke's honesty.
'No..... Well, yes but I...can't tell you...' Luke began to breathe shakily and is heart rate sped up.
Noah felt he was losing his mind. He lowered his head then Looked Luke straight in the face. 'I..I love you SO much..yet it's SO painful...' Noah began to breakdown as a flood of tears ran down his handsome face, 'It's NOT supposed to be this way! Its NOT supposed to be so... excruciating to be with.... the one you love...you're lying to my face! You can't tell me...even now? I had to hear it from Patrick, your fucking rapist Luke! FROM HIM!! He acted so proud to tell me. I wish I had heard it from you...at least I wouldn't have been shocked and overwhelmed when he told me!'
Luke grabbed onto Noah and held him as close as he could. Luke bit his lip as he realized what he had done to his boyfriend.
'Oh Noah!! I've really messed up...I'm sorry baby....I don't know what he said to you... but I.... um.. GOD this tough....I got an erection and...I..I came...the counselor told me that a lot of men do, Noah. It's something I couldn't control. I never knew why that happened until two weeks ago.' Luke said sadly into Noah's ear.
'I know what can happen during a rape. I did some research on it when you returned from rehab.. I would have understood why it happened, Luke. You should have told me! How do I know what you're going through if you can't tell me? I WANT to be here for you, but I feel like you're pushing me away by keeping all these secrets to yourself. If you love me, you have to trust me.'
'I don't want to push you away anymore, you know everything now anyway, How fucked up I am!! I didn't think I was worth your love! I didn't know how you could stay with someone like me after I returned and admitted to being raped! Luke screamed as tears spilled onto Noah's shoulder.
Noah said sadly, 'I stayed with you because...I really do love YOU, your spirit is so beautiful and that's why I fell in love with you....I don't want..to lose you tiger.
Their bodies convulsed as they sobbed together. They clung to each other as each gasp and breath taken seemed to require a tremendous amount of effort. Noah rubbed Luke's back in a circular motion, trying to comfort him. Luke ran his fingers through Noah's hair with one hand and rubbed the small of Noah's back with the other. Luke buried his head in Noah's shoulder.
He was quivering from the raw emotion he felt.
Noah felt his own body lurch as he let out a sob then a whimper.

Noah sat up straight and took Luke's hand. He had shed the last of his tears for tonight. He looked into Luke's warm brown eyes and smiled.
Luke cautiously asked Noah, 'Will you move back in...please?
Noah nodded, 'If you want me too.'
'Yes, of course I want you to come back. I want you to be here for me, because I will be here for you. I never felt anything before you touched my heart baby. You know I have never loved or been loved, in any sort of way before. You ARE my first love Noah. I tremble at your tenderness and melt when you look at me. When you touch my body, kiss my lips, and wrap your strong arms around me, I feel safe.'
Noah hugged Luke. 'Thank you, I really needed to hear that.'
Luke kissed Noah's hand.
They stood up yawning and exhausted. Noah undressed down to his boxers and climbed into bed as Luke watched.
'Is this okay, Luke. If I stay here tonight before I move my stuff? I just want to hold you.'
Luke nodded. 'I'm so happy you're here, I need to feel your arms around me, Noah.
Luke undressed and slipped under the sheet and blanket so they were face to face.
Noah caressed Luke's cheek and kissed him tenderly on the lips.
'Good night baby. Luke said as he turned over so Noah could spoon his body to Luke's.
Noah wrapped his arm around Luke's waist and kissed his shoulder.
'Luke?'
'Hmm?'
'Sleep tight.'Noah smiled.
'You too, baby.'
'Luke?'
Yeah?' Luke said and yawned.
Noah pulled Luke tight, yawned, and whispered timidly into the darkness, 'Now what?'

OMG girls, that was so great again!!! I waited for days to read this chapter, ch. 12 was so intense, I couldn't sleep until I knew what was going to happen to the boys!!. Hope you write some more, or was this the end??
