Since Wetpaint has decided to now censor all wikis this affect the FF section as well. We can no longer use "bad" words without having it look like this: ****

My suggestion is that you add a ' between the first and second letter. And yes, I know, this is so stupid.

Here is a list of words we can't use. Please take no offense by them, I don't find all of them ok, but some characters we create might wanna use them!

Attention readers of FFs:

I've discovered, and been told by several of people, that sometimes it happens that a reader makes a change in an author's chapter without their knowledge.
It has been everything from changing grammar to words to structure.

I would ask you kindly NOT to do that without the author's knowledge.

Even if you are a Beta, that is not ok.

I can understand if you are just trying to help, and if you still feel the urge to do so, please talk with the author BEFORE you make any changes.

Hi guys!

Several people have asked me for a thread where you can 'pimp a story' or whatever you'd like to call it :)

So here it is!

Apart from recommending a fic there's another reason I'm putting this thread up:

1. All the PMs being sent to people on 'my friends' list, promoting Fics. Please do that here instead :) (several of our inboxes are full as it is)

2. Bumping of fan fiction threads. Link a thread to it in here instead if you wanna 'highlight' it again. :)

Hi guys, because of the sucky censorship that's going on, the NEW FFs we post will be affected.

If you feel the need to use a "bad" word like f*ck. Write it out as f'uck or f*uck. That's the only suggestion I can come up with right now.
Caps tried a bunch of words that can't be used in the 'Wetpaint censoring' thread, so go there to see what you can or can't use.

I hope wetpaint will listen to us since they are messing with something that belongs to us. Our hard work is not for them to go in and mess with. That's my opinion.

So fingers crossed that we don't have to keep using silly writing like this; f'uck.
