hey,i'm new here,though i've been a diehard nuke fan since 2008 and followed the posts on this site ever since...so first of all,HEY EVERYONE!
i was wondering,if any of you heard a song...which immediately brought nuke to your mind?to me,it used to be westlife's "unbreakable",but the way the storyline ended,it's now pink's"who knew" and civil twilight's"letters from the sky".

Im not a writter but would love to be,
My favorite stories are Feels like Flying, Long Road Home and Love Heels all Wounds, To be able to put words on paper like this with such emotion and still be able to tell a story is just incrediable

Well, I'm really bored and trying to avoid doing homework, so I was wondering what everyone's favorite fanfic is. But when I say that, I mean one that YOU'VE written; you're personal favorite. I think everyone should have a lot of pride in at least one piece of work of theirs, especially here; everyone's such a fantastic writer. I would love to know what fanfic of yours makes you blush with pride. (Or if you've never written one, just one of your favorite fanfics :D
So basically...promote yourself! :D Please. I really don't want to do homework : (

Hello my dolls...i must admit i have fallen of the face of the earth for quite sometime as life has become very busy and i have been somewhat dissapointed in the Nuke storyline it has faded from its glory days. I love the boys still (although luke is in need of a haircut) and i have returned to this beloved site so i can continue writing my fan fiction. I am aware that I did not finish my second story but my first one seemed to be popular and i loved writing it so i would like to return and continue my writing is it foolish to continue my second story although it involves Ameera? lol ik thats along time ago. but i would just like opinions and to say hello im glad to be back...if you want a blast from the past go to Joshuwajimers fan fic forum and read my story love is pain.

For those of you on Facebook, do you know the news feed shows all your friends updates in real time? Is there a similar function on this site that shows sort of a feed of authors that have uploaded new material? If so, where is it? If not, how do you determine who has posted new material without going through the alphabetized list of authors? Hope this makes sense.

Yes, you LOVE Nuke Fanfics... You read them occasionally, often or maybe you're totally addicted and you spend your days and your nights reading them and you haven't slept for weeks because these fanfics are awesome and it's driving you crazy to wait for the next chapter to come!

So I just read the short story "The Blue Hotel" by Andre Dubus, and I was like "wow, I could really remix this for Nuke."
Anyway, so I was wondering if it's alright if I do something like that. Take the basic premise and the general events of a published story, and basically make a parody of it with Luke and Noah. Of course I wouldn't take any exact events, direct quotes, or characters from the work and I'd definitely would credit it as my source.. But that seems a fine line to walk... Just wondering if you think it's okay. :)

As most of you know I'm a total Fan Fiction junkie. I've come across "remixes" on LJ and I absolutely love that idea. I'd like to try it here. I've asked some writers if their up to the challenge. If you would like to see a story remixed you can post it on this thread. There are a couple of rules.
1. YOU MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL AUTHORS PERMISSION TO REMIX THEIR STORY. 2. YOU MUST KEEP THE SAME THEME OF THE ORIGINAL STORY. Just write the story how you pictured it. If this goes well I might try it again in the future. Here are the authors I've asked to do remixes. The remix authors can choose what ever story they like when we put all of our suggestions up. Ithilien22 Bitrixbf September25 Rebop13 sweetlikeD Today's Sept 30 so I'll take all suggestions up until Oct 7. That gives us a week to put up suggestions. I'll go first. I would love, love love to see Think, Feel remixed or Daydreams! I think it would be fabulous to see how other writers would write it.

... I noticed that sometimes happen that in the FF there is the underline it's due to the fact that you add the story inside the template that is formatting like that, if you didn't want the underline you MUST add the text UNDER the template or give me the link here to settle I try to help ... I HOPE THIS CAN HELP

Due to some issues that emerged yesterday I feel that it is my place to make the following statement:
(Please note that I have tried to keep this as objective as possible from a FF mod’s POV and not everything may reflect my personal opinions. ) Yesterday we had some discussions about grammar when it comes to fan fiction and the choice to have a Beta or not. 1. No where in the FF section is it stated that you are required to use a Beta. The only thing that’s mentioned is that grammar and spell check are your best friends. However, that still doesn’t mean that you have to write a perfect FF according to all the rules of grammar and what not. 2. Yes, correct grammar makes a story easier to read but it doesn’t decide whether a story is good or not. 3. Not all of us have English as our native language and other of us might have various of writing disabilities, such as dyslexia. The point is; We all do our best. 4. We ALL make mistakes ‘cause we are all human. Thank god right! To the Betas: Let it be noted that I’m really happy that you guys exist and are here to help out the people that want your help. With that also comes the responsibility of tact. Rather than looking up who you can help, make the writers approach you instead. That way we avoid writers from feeling pressured that they have to use a Beta. Each writer wants different amount of help, it is up to the two of you to work it out together. To the Writers: I am happy there are so many wonderful writers at this Wiki, you all contribute with your special style of writing and each contribution counts. It is up to each and one of you if you want to use a Beta or not. The FF mods do not demand that you do.

Ok, so while reading through some of the lovely fics posted here, I've noticed a general lack of grammar and technical writing know-how. Now, I know that not everyone cares about stuff like that as much as I do (I'm a total grammar Nazi, I'm afraid), BUT I am also really really good with it and if anyone would ever like any help please feel free to let me know!
Also, whoever the mod is for this page, if you'd like to add me to the list of official Betas for this page you definitely can.

okay so i feel bad because i don't know the name, i don't know the author...
i'm a terrible fanfic fan. :( but what i do remember is that col. mayer wanted noah to be straight so he made him go on a date with maddie. noah was wearing a wire so the col. would know that he wouldn't tell maddie what was going on. meanwhile, he kidnapped luke and threatened to leave him there to die if noah didn't do what he was told. Somebody please help me! i must find out what happens! to the author, i am so sorry. if you guys knew me, i have the worst memory IN THE WORLD. its like, to the point where its killing me that i can't remember it. Thank you!
