Luke told Noah that he wasn't going to let him sleep on the sofa that night and he took him by the hand and led him up the stairs to his bedroom. Noah asked Luke as he went up the stairs, “What about your family?” Luke replied, “I think they’ll understand, after all it’s traditional for the groom to sleep with his love on their wedding night.” Noah knew he could never say no to Luke, especially after he had just married someone else.

Luke and Noah didn’t do anything that night, they just lay in each others arms holding each other tight. Luke was holding Noah so tightly so that he wouldn’t be able to slip away. He didn’t want anyone ruining this moment for him. It was perfect. Noah eventually fell asleep in his lovers arms and Luke just lay there watching him sleep. In Luke’s eyes all he could see when he looked at Noah was the love he felt for Noah and love he knew Noah felt for him.

Of course, Luke was worried about how things would be different now that Noah was married to Ameera, but Luke wasn’t worried about Ameera trying to take Noah from him. He was more worried of how he would cope with having to keep his hands off of Noah when they were out and about and what if Noah had to kiss Ameera as part of the act to make people believe they were really “in love” with each other.

Luke woke up first the next morning still holding Noah tight. He loved to watch him sleep. He smiled as Noah began to stir and kissed his forehead. "Morning sleephead," Luke playfully said. Noah reached over and kissed Luke on the mouth."Good Morning Luke," Noah said after he and Luke parted their lips.

They lay in bed for a few minutes holding one another and not speaking. As their love for one another spoke between them without words. They shared quiet kisses and finally decided to get up. Both men showered before they headed downstairs to greet the rest of the family.

Ameera, Lily, and Holden were all sitting at the table when they walked in. "Well look who decided to join us," Holden said. Luke and Noah both exchanged glances before they sat down together at the table."Did you sleep upstairs last night Noah? " Lily asked. "Yes Mrs.Snyder, I hope that's ok. I just felt like Luke and I needed to be near each other last night," Noah said as he caught Luke's eyes. "No, no that is fine. I am just glad Emma didn't get wind of it," Lily said.

Everyone ate and talked over breakfast. Luke, Noah, and Ameera had to head to school so they began to get up from the table. Luke and Noah walked onto the porch while they waited for Ameera to get her things. Noah walked up behind Luke and put his arms around him pulling him close. "I love being near you like this," Noah said into Luke's ear. Luke turned around and smiled. "I love you Noah," Luke said as he and Noah shared an intense kiss. "Mmmmm, I love you too," Noah replied. They started to kiss again when they heard the door close and turned around facing Ameera. "Are you ready Noah? " she said as she grabbed his hand and started to walk away.

Ameera had finished her classes and was waiting for Luke and Noah. She took out her cell phone. "Hello. I just thought I would check in."

The voice answered on the other end. "So everything went well yesterday? How are you able to talk to me? Noah will find out."

Ameera shook her head. "No. He's not here. He's still in class. I have a few minutes."

The voice was angry. "You have to be careful. Everything is off if you are found out. Did the two of you sleep well last night?"

Ameera was nervous. "He slept downstairs. They have had him sleeping on the couch."

The voice relaxed a little. "That's good that means that the two probably have not slept together."

Ameera nodded. "No. I don't think that they have."

The person on the phone kept a very even tone. "You must figure out a way to get Noah to stay in the room with you."

Ameera was concerned. "How can I do that? It was agreed that the marriage would be in name only. I told you that when I told you that he had asked me to marry him."

The voice paused. "We will have to make it seem like it is necessary in order to appease the authorities. Remember the men from the other day, they will pay you another visit."

Ameera nodded. "I remember, but I still don't understand why you are doing all this."

The man didn't like Ameera asking questions. "I want Noah away from my son. Now stop asking questions and do what I say."

Ameera nodded. "Yes Damian." and she hung up the phone.

Noah is walking out of the building toward Ameera, "Who were you talking to?"

"Uh,.........just someone from the...........Homeland Security, they say I have to get ready to leave the country. I told them we got married and they want some proof."

"We'll go do that tomorrow." Noah commented. "Let's get Luke and go home, I'm famished." Ameera gave a sigh of relief.

As they met Luke, Roth was walking with Luke. Roth asks, "I heard that Noah married Ameera, I thought you two were an item?" Luke and Noah looked at each other, both realizing this was going to be harder than they expected to explain. "It's a long story Roth, please just keep this to yourself, I'll explain it to you later." Luke said nervously.

"OK," Roth said hesitantly.

"We have to go, the family is expecting us for dinner." Luke said hurriedly.

At the farm while waiting for dinner, Luke comes into the kitchen where Noah and Ameera are talking, "I just got a phone call from Damian, he's coming to the states for a visit again. Noah, that's going to complicate things more."

Noah, "Why is he coming? This is just getting too crazy!"

Luke, "I don't know." as he reached out to Noah and hugged him tightly. Ameera looked puzzled not knowing that Damian was coming. A knock at the door. Luke opens the door to find the same two guys from Homeland Security.

"What can we do for you?"

"We need proof of Ameera's marriage and how it came about so quickly?"
