As Luke and Noah hugged, Luke felt the same old feeling come back of pure love and lust for his Noah.They pulled away and stared into each other's eyes.

Luke said, " I just want you to know, that we are in this together Noah.I do not want anything bad to happen to you.Just be careful is all that I am saying."

Noah took Luke back into his arms and kissed him deeply for a few minutes until they both had to come up for air.Noah smiled and said, " I told you Luke, nothing is going to happen to me.I will make sure that Ameera is not up to anything.I just want to spend some time here with you now.I miss being with you and around you all the time.I miss us."

Luke smiled into Noah's blue eyes as he led him out the door and onto the porch." I have some chores to do in the barn, if you would like to help me," Luke said with a hint of lust in his brown eyes. Noah smiled when he realized what Luke meant.Back when he had lived at the farm with Luke, they would both do the barn chores and then mess around in the hayloft until they were sure they were about to get caught and stole so many kisses before they came back from the barn.

Noah looked at Luke and smiled." I would love to.Just like old times huh? " Noah said.Luke took Noah by the hand and led him towards the barn."Just like old times Noah, " Luke said as they entered the old red barn and locked it behind them.

The door of the barn was barely locked when Luke pushed Noah against the door. He held Noahs hands on either side of his head and stared into his deep blue eyes. He leaned in just a little and smirked as Noah strained to reach Luke's lips. He teased him for only a moment longer and then he crashed his lips onto Noah's. Their breath caught as they inhaled each other and when they broke apart Luke was weak in the knees.
"Better muck out the stalls" Luke whispered to Noah, looking at him, his eyes moving from his eyes to his beautiful lips, back up to his eyes.
"Or.. we could .." Noah breathed as he tried to recaptured Luke's lips.
"ah ah ah" Luke smiled as he placed a finger on Noah's lips, "first we do chores, then we play."
"Okayyy" Noah put on a fake pout, he wrapped his arms around Luke's waist and they walked over to the stalls.

Noah was staring at Luke while they were mucking out the stalls. I miss this so much. I just want to be around him all the time. What I wouldn't give to go back in time and fix this stupid mistake I made. Noah's eyes were sad as he continued to work. Luke noticed and asked,

"What's wrong?"
"I've...I've just been thinking...about how STUPID I've been."
"What?"
"Luke, I'm a total idiot. I mean look at me. I made you feel like you weren't important, like I cared for her more than you. How could I do that?"
"Noah, you're just a really nice guy. WE both didn't think about how hard this is going to be for us."
"I know Luke, but I was the one who suggested it. What the hell was I thinking?"
"You were thinking you could save a life."
"Yeah, but at what cost? I can't lose you Luke, I just can't!"
"You won't. You have me."


Noah was relieved. He needed to hear that. He couldn't imagine life without Luke.

"I know how you can start making it up to me Noah."
"Oh yeah? Tell me where to start."

Luke looked at Noah seductively and said,

"Start with my lips."

"With pleasure." Noah grabbed Luke by his jacket and pulled him close. He kissed him with more passion than Luke had ever felt. He responded to Noah in kind and ran his hands through Noah's dark brown hair. When they finally pulled apart, both let out a happy sigh and smiled at each other.
They leaned against the wall of the barn and looked at each other. It was the happiest Luke had felt in a really long time. He slid down the wall and sat on the floor.
"Thank you."
"For what?" Noah was confused.
"For coming after me tonight. I really thought this could be the end of us, and I was really happy to know that there was still something between us that made you come after me.
"Luke, are you kidding?" Noah slid onto the floor next to Luke and touched Luke's face. "I love you. Don't you know that by now? I would follow you halfway around the world. I can't lose you. No matter what is going on with Ameera, I am yours."
"Forever and ever?"
"As long as you want me." They kissed again, and as they pulled apart, Luke leaned blissfully against Noah's chest.
"Noah, are you happy?"
"With you, happier than I thought a person could be, or deserved to be."
"Noah, you deserve to be happy. You are such a great guy. You deserve so much. I am so glad that we met. You make me so happy and I can't imagine my life without you. I wish that you saw yourself the way other people see you. Me, Ameera, Casey, my family. We love you and you are a part of our family now. You're stuck with us. Your dad hurt you so much. I want to help you heal. Please, just be happy."
"I am. Just promise you'll never leave me."
"Never." They embraced. "Now, should we get back up to the house? I think my grandma made apple pie today."
"Thanks, but I should probably get back to the cottage. Ameera is probably waiting on me. As much as I would rather stay, I still need to put on a show for the ICE."
"Call her. She is welcome here anytime. I still think she's up to something, but this way we can keep an eye on her. Besides, I am not ready to let you leave yet." He took Noah's hand and kissed his fingers. Noah pulled out his phone to call Ameera and invite her to the farm for dinner. Then he wrapped his arms around Luke and enjoyed the time they still had to spend together until she arrived.
