Mind against Heart
I am a “What if” person. With every twist in the nuke storyline I wonder what would have happened if they had taken a different path, and I end up writing about “the other path”. This is one of those.
What if there hadn’t been a first kiss? What if Noah had enlisted like his father told him to do so he could go to Northwestern? This takes place after the Colonel visits Noah in Oakdale.
There are only 2 chapters, probably too long both of them, but I didn’t want to cut them, I wanted to keep it in 2 parts: Mind and Heart. It is written from Noah's point of view (with his thoughts)
Don't forget that English is not my native language.
