It had been a very long day and he was looking forward to sit down and relax. He opened the door with his key and heard Luke’s voice coming from the kitchen of the little apartment they shared.

“Fuck!… shit! I can’t believe it!!!!”

“Luke?”

“Give it back to me right now! You bitch!”

He didn’t get an answer. Is was impossible to hear anything with all the shouting and banging… He followed the noises and entered the kitchen slowly.

Luke was under the sink, completely wet and angry, very angry… Noah smiled

“What’s going on?”

“What! Shit! You scared me, Noah, damn it! You almost gave me a stroke!!!”

His hair was plastered on his face, his clothes were soaking wet and his eyes were on fire. Noah stopped himself from laughing.

“Sorry, babe”

Noah was really trying to hide his amusement, but Luke was so cute when he was angry…

“Come on, honey, tell me what happened”

“I can’t find my wedding ring… I took it off to wash my cup this afternoon and it’s in there somewhere, I know it!”

“What did you do? Dive in?”

He laughed at his own joke and Luke looked at him fuming

“If this is your way of helping me…”

“I screw something in there and she threw water at me!”

“Maybe we should move… if you don’t get along with the sink…”

“She has my wedding ring, look at it this way, you are married to a sink, now”

Noah couldn’t help it anymore, he had to laugh or he’ll have a stroke himself trying to keep it all inside.

Luke’s hair was dripping all over his face. Noah’s smile was reaching his ears, now, no way he was hiding anything.

“You look so cute…”

“For a moment there I thought you were getting ready to participate in a wet t-shirt contest”

Noah stroked Luke’s chest through the t-shirt

He started dropping kisses along Luke’s neck

“The kitchen is… “

Noah smiled undoing Luke’s belt

“Just fine for what I have in mind…”

He kissed Luke. Later, Luke was getting out of the shower and handed Noah a towel and put another one around his waist

“I can’t believe that… I have the kitchen floor tattooed on my”

Noah kissed him

“Stop complaining, babe”

“Don’t start with the babe, look where it got us”

“Won’t hear me complain”

He kissed him again

“I still haven’t found my ring, that bitch still has it”

Noah laughed

“I’ll help you look for it, ok, hun?”

“You better”

Luke went into their bedroom to get dressed and he felt Noah’s arms sneak around his waist and smiled

“Marry me” Noah whispered in Luke’s ear

“What? Don’t be silly, we got married 2 months ago”

Noah put his hand in front of Luke’s face and he opened his fist, there was a golden ring lying in his hand

“Where was it?”

“Next to the sink in the bathroom. So, will you be my husband again and free me from that horrible sink?”

Luke smiled and put his ring in his finger

“Yes… I need my ring… I feel closer to you when I have the ring on, I am not going to take it off ever again”

“Sounds good to me”

Luke laid his head back and leaned on Noah’s shoulder. He felt a kiss in his hair.

“I love you”

“Same here”

Luke laughed and turned around to hug his husband.
