| 280 March 5, 2009 Kevin calls Mark and tells him that he's safe. When Kevin goes to leave, Luke forces him to sit and Noah grabs his cell phone and sees that he last called Mark Vero. At the warehouse, Mark admits to Alison that he killed Reg and Elwood. Alison tries to escape from Mark, but he pushes her and threatens to drug her so she will put on a show for him. When her cell phone rings, Mark let's her answer it. Although it's Casey, she pretends it's Matt. When she hangs up, Mark drugs her. Jade dresses up for Casey, but Lily doesn't like it. Kevin tells Luke and Noah all he knows about Mark. Alison begs Mark to stop, but he just drugs her more. Matt arrives at the warehouse and attacks Mark, who runs away. He goes to Ali's side and tries to wake her up. Casey arrives soon after and attacks Matt. He picks up Ali and carries her away. Mark calls Kevin and asks him for money, and to meet him at the bridge. | |
| 281 March 5, 2009 Noah calls Margo and tells her that the killer is Mark. Kevin is worried that Mark will leave if he doesn't go, so they all go to the bridge. Luke and Noah hide as Kevin goes to talk to Mark. Mark sees Luke and Noah there and gets angry. Mark hits Kevin with a pipe and after Noah grabs it away from him, Mark climbs onto the side of the bridge, and then slips. Alison is in a hospital room with Casey. When she wakes up, she says it wasn't Matt who attacked her. Luke and Noah struggle to pull Mark up from the side of the bridge. Margo and the police show up and arrest Mark. Kevin, still hurt on the ground, tells Margo that Mark killed Reg and Elwood. As Luke and Noah leave, Kevin apologizes to Luke. Casey is stunned to learn Mark is the killer. Matt arrives to see Ali and Casey apologizes to him. An upset Casey leaves the room, and is comforted by a waiting Jade. | |
| 282 March 12, 2009 Luke and Noah leave the police station after giving their statements. Luke feels like he could have done more to stop Mark. At home, Lily learns that there's a meeting at the foundation and informs Lucinda. Noah tries to helping Luke figure out what he needs to do to move on. Lucinda tells Lily that she's too sick to go to the meeting. Luke arrives home and says he doesn't feel like going to the meeting. Lily decides to go, but calls Noah for help. Lily and Noah arrive at the meeting and Brian shows up. Lucinda and Luke talk about why Luke doesn't want to do anything with the foundation. Brian explains why he's there. Noah calls Luke and tells him he needs to get to the meeting. | |
| 283 March 12, 2009 The meetings begins off to a rocky start, but Luke soon arrives and takes control. Everyone is shocked when Brian agrees with what Luke had to say. Lily asks Brian to go back to her house to see Lucinda. Lucinda is surprised to see Brian and everyone fills her in about the meeting. Lily offers to be the new head administrator of the foundation, only if Luke goes back to work at the foundation. Noah and Luke say goodbye to Brian, and Lily let's Lucinda and Brian catch up. In Old Town, Noah very is happy that Luke is back working. They make plans to go back to Noah's dorm. Brian and Lucinda continue to talk and Brian wants to make sure that he and Lucinda keep in touch. | |
| 284 March 16, 2009 At Java, Noah surprises Luke with the idea of moving in together for the summer. Luke is thrilled about the idea, and is happy to hear that Noah has already found a place. Mr. Reese, their possible new landlord, arrives to see Noah. Luke and Noah are looking over paperwork and are ready to move forward, but Mr. Reese informs them that the apartment has been rented. Luke and Noah suspect that the landlord discriminated against them for being gay. Noah just wants to move on, but Luke doesn't think Mr. Reese should get away with what he did. Luke and Noah tell Lily and Holden about what happened. Lily comes up with the idea to go public with the issue. Holden is shocked to hear that Lily is the new administrator of the foundation, but is happy for her and Luke. Noah is happy to see that Luke's motivated again. | |
| 285 March 24, 2009 Luke, Noah, and Lily brainstorm ideas to help fight housing discrimination. Lily comes up with the idea to go public on WOAK. Kim shows her support and asks to do an interview on camera with Luke and Lily. Kim, Lily, and Luke go on air and do a great job. They are congratulated afterwords by Noah. Kim informs them that all the feedback has been mostly positive. Mr. Reese shows up at WOAK and offers Luke and Noah the apartment. Kim asks that they all keep her up to date about their cause. Lily, Luke, and Noah arrive back home. There's a knock on there door, and there's a package left on the door step. They all are shocked when there's a hateful note in the package. Luke feels like the note was just hate mail, but Noah and Lily want to turn it into the police. Lily points out that they may be in for a nasty fight. | |
| 286 March 25, 2009 Noah is ready to leave to go shopping with Luke, but Luke has another idea. Lily shows Margo the threatening letter her family received. Margo cautions them to lay low for a while. Holden comes home and wants to know what Margo and Lily are talking about. Luke brings Noah to Metro to show him where he's planning to have a Gay Rights Rally. Noah loves the idea, but he's weary about having it so soon after being threatened. Luke informs Lily and Holden about his rally, but Holden states that he thinks it's a bad idea. Luke tells Holden that it's too late to stop the rally. Luke agrees to be careful, but refuses to back down. Lily doesn't want Holden to try to stop the rally, and she refuses to stay away. She explains to Holden why she and Holden need to be there for Luke. Luke is excited that so many people showed up for the rally, but he's disappointed that his parents aren't there. Luke takes the stage at the rally! Lily and Holden arrive and Luke calls Lily up to the stage for a speech. |
