| Part 36L36 Kevin stops by Luke's house and asks him to go to a concert at school. Luke reminds Kevin he's grounded, but when Jade walks up, Kevin not only sees a beautiful girl he can flirt with...but Luke's ticket to freedom. Jade agrees to ask Holden for permission for her and Luke to go to the concert. Holden wants assurances that Kevin won't be there, and let's Luke and Jade go once he gets them. However, after Luke and Jade leave, Holden finds Kevin's ID outside. | |
| Part 37L37 Kevin and Luke sneak off to the boys lockerroom to escape the lame concert. Kevin starts drinking, but Luke turns down the offer to join him. Jade heads home without Luke knowing, and when Holden confronts her about finding Kevin's ID outside, she makes up a cover story to protect Luke. | |
| Part 38L38 Luke rushes into the house ready to explain himself, but Jade interrupts, clueing him in on the fact that she's already got it covered. Luke and his parents calm down, and Holden suggests everyone get some sleep. Jade tells Luke she'll help cover for him anytime. | |
| Part 39L39 Luke and Jade talk more about their respective relationships with their parents. Kevin picks up his ID from Holden at the barn, and Holden threatens him if he ever goes anywhere near Luke again. Jack wonders what has Holden so worked up, and Holden finally admits that he thinks Luke might be gay. Lily has a vision of Rose, and Kevin meets up with Luke to tell him they can't be friends anymore. | |
| Part 40L40 Jack convinces Holden to take a step back from his concerns over Luke possibly being gay, just as Jade walks in on their conversation. Kevin leaves, and tells Luke not to call him. Jade meets Jack and, after he leaves, admits to Holden that she heard what they were talking about. She tells Holden that it's clear how much he loves Luke, and vice versa. Lily has a conversation with "Rose" about Jade. | |
| Part 41L41 Jade agrees that if anything comes up with Luke that she thinks Holden could be helpful with, she'll tell Holden. Lily finishes her conversation with "Rose", and Holden comes home feeling much better about Jade. Luke comes into the barn, having waited for his dad to leave, and tells Jade how upset he is about his father having messed up his friendship with Kevin. Luke tells Jade she doesn't understand, and she says that she does--he loves Kevin. And Luke stops dead in his tracks. | |
| Part 42L42 Luke admits to Jade that he does love Kevin, and explains when he realized it. Jade tries to convince him tha the should tell Kevin, but Luke doesn't think that'd be a good idea. Jade offers to help Luke get some time with Kevin. Holden walks in, and Luke walks out, and Jade tells Holden that Luke is upset because he found out about Holden going off on Kevin. |
