Noah & Maddie ask Luke to go to Branson with them so that they can work on the intern project, but Luke says no. Luke and Jade have a little talk and then Dallas takes Jade in for questioning.

Jade is taken in to the station and Will, Gwen, Cleo, Maddie, and Noah are there already. She knows that she is innocent, but no one believes her.

Jade tries to expose Cleo's scheme and admits to bringing her to Oakdale through an Internet ad.

Maddie tells Noah about Jade's past and tells him that Luke is a great, fair guy. Luke goes to the police station to help Jade.

Luke asks his mom for bail money and the rest of the gang arrive in Branson.

Cleo's jealousy is shown a little bit over Will and Gwen. Luke convinces his mom to pay the bail. We meet Gabe for the first time and he alludes to Noah's past. Luke and Lily are at the station and Jade apologizes. Luke & Jade go through Will & Gwen's trash to find Cleo's diary.

Noah continues to give small vague hints about his past and reluctance about going home, but won't give specifics. Luke and Jade put Cleo's diary pieces back together. We are introduced to Noah's father, Col. Winston Mayer.
