Thanks. That's a powerful statement. That's almost a verbatim transcript of what I told my godbrother the other day when he was having a panic attack at work and trying to hold everything in. He finally broke down and I helped him get through it. He had been to the hospital about the negative effects his attacks were having on his heart, so I felt good for helping him.
