Epilogue

Luke opened the door and Noah walked in on his cane. "It probably feels good to be home?"

Noah walked over to the sofa. "It sure does. It feels like I have been gone forever. I guess not having my memory for several days probably is partially to blame."

Luke took Noah's bag into the bedroom and yelled back out to him. "So do you think that you have all your memories back now?"

Noah lifted his leg up on the table. "Yeah, I guess. I think I have all of my memories of our time together. How we met at the station. The first time we kissed and made love. All the stuff with my dad and the accident. Some of it I kind of wish I didn't remember."

Luke came back in from the bedroom. "That's the thing about memories. You have to take the good with the bad."

Noah looked up at Luke. "I guess."

Luke motioned towards the kitchen. "Can I get you anything?"

Noah put out his hand. "All I need is you."

Luke smiled and took his hand. Noah pulled him onto the sofa. "Well, you've got that."

Noah put his arm around Luke. "When I was with Jill, besides the fact that I was missing memories, I could tell that something else was missing."

Luke leaned his head on Noah. "Yeah. like what."

Noah shook his head. "It's hard to explain. It was like I was incomplete. I can't really describe it."

Luke wrapped his arms around Noah. "I know what you mean. All the time you were gone it was like part of my heart was missing. I couldn't sleep. I could barely eat."

Noah lifted Luke up. "Yeah. You are a part of me and I want you to know that no matter what happens I will always come back to you."

Luke looked into Noah's eyes. "I hope that I won't have to hold you to that."

The two men hugged and kissed. Luke leaned against Noah again. "You know now that I think about it, there is something that I'm having trouble remembering all the details of." Noah finally said.

Luke sat up and looked at Noah. "Really"

Noah had a serious look. "Yeah. Maybe you can help me out with it?"

Luke nodded. "Sure, anything."

Noah took Luke's face into both of his hands and whispered in his ear. "I was thinking, maybe we can reenact what happened in the kitchen."

Luke looked into Noah's eyes and put his arms around his neck. "You know, I'd only be doing it to aid in your recovery."

Noah nodded and smiled. "Of course." He pulled Luke into a deep kiss and then pull him on top of him on the sofa.

That read my fanfic. I hope you enjoyed it. I really had fun writing it. Your reactions were really fun to read. It's funny how people see things differently then you do.

Everyone was mad at Jill, but while I was writing it, I seemed to concentrate more on what Luke was going through. Maybe because I knew how it was going to end. I know quite a few of you write fanfics yourself, but if don't and you have some ideas feel free to send them to me.

Until I'm inspired again. Take care.
