It is already 14h when Luke arrives in the kitchen, he overslept again. Holden arrives at his turn.

Luke: Hi Dad!!
Holden: Good morning, Luke!! Slept well?
Luke: Yes and even overslept. That is what happens when I burn the midnight oil!

Holden smiling because in truth since Noah enlisted in the army and left Oakdale 2 years ago, Luke has completely dedicated himself into the work. He joined various organizations, continues his work more actively in newspaper of the university. He even became the chief editor. He started working a lot that it became difficult for his family to see him.

Holden: Luke, you are going to end up in the hospital if you continue to work so much. Here, you go, you got this in the mail this morning.
Luke: Thank you! It looks like it’s from abroad.

Luke opens the envelope quickly and removes a letter from it, Luke opens it and is stunned to discover a plane ticket. He reads the letter:

" My dear Luke! I know that it has been 2 years since you heard from me, there were so many things since my departure. You will notice that i slid a plane ticket. I obtained a permission and I would want you to join me, I would like to speak to you face to face. Luke if you still have feelings for me, please join me. I would wait for you at the airport! Noah."

Luke can't believe it, there after all this time, Noah finally wrote to him. He even sent a plane ticket to him so that he can join him. Luke looks more attentively the ticket and can't believe his eyes. He became weak in the knees.

Holden: Luke, what's going on ???
Luke: I... Dad, it's Noah's letter. He asks me to join him in...in PARIS.
Holden: Paris ? In France ?
Luke: Yes! It's crazy!!
Holden: And what are you going to do ? Do you wanna go ?
Luke: I don't know!! Things changed since he left and to be honest, I'm a little afraid of seeing him again.
Holden: Why?
Luke:The last time, we seen each other, he told that he loves me and in next the minute , he announces to me his departure for the army. I don't believe that I want to live that once again.
Holden: Luke, I know that you had difficulty putting the separation behind you but it is maybe the opportunity for you two to get things back on track...
Luke: I don't know! I always wanted to go to Paris with him but I didn't imagine that it'd be in this situation. And what if it turns out badly?
Holden: Then you will have at least the chance to visit Paris. Listen, if you don't go, you will not know if it was the right choice. You might regret not going. You won't know if you should turn the "Noah" page or not.

Luke though, his father was right, it's time for them to know where they are in their relationship.

Noah arrived 1 hour ahead of schedule arrival of the flight of the plane which Luke had to take. Noah is at Paris since the day before and the nervousness got to him. Luke was in all his thoughts. " will he be coming ? " Thinks Noah all the time. " And if he didn't come, then that will mean... " Noah shakes his head in this last thought. He wants to believe and hope until the end that Luke still loves him and he will join him. Luke's plan is announced, Noah goes on the platform of the arrivals. The first passengers go out of sieve. Noah scrutinizes with impatience their faces, his heart pounds. " Luke! " He repeats ceaselessly. They are more and more people getting out but still no sign Luke on the horizon. Noah feels his heart breaking piece by piece every time a passenger goes out and every time it is not Luke. Noah gives up, he turns back. " NOAH! " Shouts a voice familiar and so hoped. " LUKE! " Noah in his turn, exclaims. Rushing the one to the other one, they embrace as if nothing had happened. They remain embraced for very long moment.

Noah: Luke, it is so good to see you again. I missed you so much.
Luke: I missed you too, Noah.

Without a word, they leave the airport hand in hand. In the taxi which drives them to the hotel. Luke has his nose stuck to the window, amazed at all that he sees. Noah doesn't let Luke escape his eyes, afraid that it was only a dream. He came, he is there. "Thanks, God" Says Noah by looking at Luke with a lot of tenderness.
Les Champs Elysees, The taxi stops in front of a hotel, Luke can't believe it.
Luke: Noah, it is magnificent ! It is a luxury hotel ?
Noah: A 4 stars hotel.
Luke: You are crazy, it's too expensive here, isn't it? Noah approaches the reception and asks for the key of their room.
Noah: It's OK, just enjoy!
Luke: But Noah it is too much.
Noah: Don't worry!
Luke: Noah...
Noah: Listen, The truth is that I won this stay for two by playing on the web.
Luke: Oh! And you thought of me to share this stay? Lucky me!
Noah: Luke, please don't take it like that. You know that i wanted you here with me. It is a sign of the fate, Luke, you understand ?

Luke smiles shyly, Noah wanted to be with him and that it is already a sign for Luke but refusing to amount the head he makes as if of nothing was. He wants to take advantage of every moments. Noah wants to waste nothing either and suggests that Luke and he go up and unpack his luggage.

Luke is on cloud no.9, everything is magnificent. In their room, Luke started to feel as if it were a dream, the decoration is luxurious, two beds with a small lounge, a bathroom richly built. Noah even prepared them a small program to visit Paris. Noah asks him if he wants at first to rest a little but Luke refuses, he is even early and he is very impatient to measure the streets of Paris. Furthermore there is so much and so much of things to see in 7 days.

So, here they go ! Walking on the beautiful avenue of The Champs Elysées, admiring the Arc de Triomphe, they discover, The place of the Concorde, The Garden of Tileries, The Louvre, Our Lady of Paris, Eiffel Tower, The Sacred Heart of Montmartre and especially Swamps gay district of Paris. They dine in restaurants in the Parisian charm, stroll on quays along the Seine. Go out of Paris to go to visit The Castle of Versailles. They set full of photos, the one, the other one and the demand for people to photograph them together.
Four days have already gone by, Luke and Noah feel like they are in their honeymoon. Every past day together is for them a true happiness, their evenings are sweet and romantic too but they didn't still consummate their relations, preferring to ignore the subject for the moment. Even when they are alone in the room the atmosphere is relaxed and festive, they laugh, tease each other a lot but didn't still cross the step. Once while they had a pillow fight Noah caught Luke. unbalanced, they fell on the bed. The atmosphere then became heavier, the desire that they felt for each other, was tangible. They were going to give in when they knocked at the door for their the biggest disappointment and it is hard that they managed to sleep this night there.


The 5th day, Noah wakes with a start, he lifts his sheets, " Shit, I'm not 15 years old anymore, nevertheless " he thinks. He looks of Luke who still sleeps, gets up and is going to take a shower. Luke always sleeps when he goes out of the bathroom, sat on the edge of the bed of Luke, Noah watches him sleeping, a strange light in eyes. Luke turns and Noah shivers in front of this cute scene. " Luke, I have still soiled my sheets this morning, I am not going to be able to hold on so continuous to make it!! " whispers Noah but Luke still turns around and hums as a cat. Noah wrinkles, he bends towards Luke, " Luke if you don't wake up right now, I'll rape you" rustle Noah apparently tense. Noah tries to control himself, he sighs, he would like to kiss him but refrains himself as long as they don't clarified things between them for good but he judges that this time is necessary to make up. " well, a small kiss cannot hurt! " He thinks then kisses Luke delicately on the lips.
As Noah stands up, Luke opens eyes. Noah can't believe it, he smiles tenderly to Luke. " Hello, Sleeping Beauty! " He says to him. " What ? " Luke asks by smiling. " No nothing! " answers Noah. Luke looks an hour is already last noon. Terrified, he stands up by asking why Noah didn't wake him up earlier.

Noah: And if we were closed, today. We could just go to make a small stroll in the district, to make a little shopping and to go to dine at Maxim's, I reserved. Luke thinks and accepts, he had completely forgotten that he had promised to return souvenir presents to everybody.
Having to put down their purchases to the hotel, they go to Maxim's restaurant pulled in 4 pins, The diner is spend in the cheerfulness. Suddenly, their hands contact and interlace. Eyes in eyes, they are there. It is the moment for them to speak about all this. They want to say something at the same time.

Noah: Me first... Luke shakes his head... Luke, I know that I acted like an idiot with you, 2 years ago... Things changed a lot for me. I know finally find myself and i know exactly what i want. "I am happy to know that" Says Luke with an a little bit trembling voice. His heart beats to break everything in his chest. Is it the moment to say GOODBYE to each other ?

Noah has difficulty to express himself as he is nervous. He tells to Luke what happened to him these last 2 years.

Noah adds: Luke, i needed to leave to better and come back to you. Finally, it was necessary to find myself before returning to you. I was so messed up and it wasn't fair to you. I needed to sort things out and be a better man, a man that you deserved. I know it is a little bit confusing but I want that you know that in spite of our separation, my feelings for you stayed intact. And these past few days with you... Luke I still love you and even more than before. I want to be with you again. Do you still want of me?

Luke tears in eyes. To know that Noah still loves him is the most beautiful thing which could happen to him. But he is afraid that it is only during this period of this stay because they will have to separate again.
Luke: Noah, I am so happy to hear that and I still love you too and even more...But...We know each other that will not work.
Stunned Noah: Why not ? After all what we lived together, good or bad, our love always stayed intact. So why that shall not work.
Luke: You chose to become a soldier, Noah, you lived in closer to danger. I don't want to be a "soldier's woman" waiting for your return and praying so that you return to me alive and safe. I wouldn't bear to lose you again.
Noah: You will not lose me, i promise ! Noah holds Luke's hand in his hand and looks at him intensely. But Luke doesn't seem reassured for all that.

Noah asks for the bill and they leave the restaurant. On Les Champs Elysees enlightened by miles lights, Noah takes Luke's hands in his hands.

Noah: Luke, you know I understand your hesitations, after all I told you that I loved you and abandoned you at the same time. I would lie if I said to you that I have no regrets but believe me, this time I wouldn't abandon you.
Luke: Noah... I do not know any more what to think, I am so afraid of losing you, I went through hell when you left. What will happen ? You are going to leave for your base and I for Oakdale and there how our couple could live a full relation? I need to be with you!
Noah crosses his arms around the waist of Luke: you remember when you asked me for what you were for me? If you were the man of my life ? Well... YOU ARE !!! I know that we shall be separate again, but I would write you and would phone you quite in everyday. And I promises you to come back to you as fast as possible.

In these words Noah kisses Luke so tenderly so pleasantly as Luke melted. He felt like he was hearing a sweet Parisian love song. Noah let go of Luke's lips, who still closed his eyes and allowed himself to melt into Noah's arms. It seemed like one of those magnificent kisses of cinema.
In the room, Luke and Noah undress while kissing each other with passion. Going awkwardly to the room. They moan with pleasure while their kisses ignite more and more. The fingers crossing with greediness their bare bodies. Stopping at feet of the bed, it is eyes in the eyes that they join their hands and put a knee on the bed then the other one without leaving off their glances.

Luke: Noah, i missed you so much. I dreamed of this moment so often and every time you escaped me. I don't know about what tomorrow will be like, but if you had to leave me once again...
Noah: No, Luke...
Luke: Noah, if you had to leave me once again, I would have no regret. I would not cry. Because you made my most beautiful dreams come true. Noah, to be with you in Paris, in this room where we will make love together for the first time. All this will remain engraved in me. I love you Noah and I would always love you come what may.
Noah: Luke, I do not want to leave you, ever. I think only of you, I dream only about you, you never leave my thoughts, ever! I love you, I love you so much. I do not want to lose you any more.

This kiss will be the most softest and the chastest which they will have exchanged as one wishes, the promise of an eternal love. Their breaths become deeper, their bodies squeeze up and are fired. Under the glance of the Eiffel Tower, they give way to their fevers. The sensual delight of their love making drive them to the total loss of any control. The breath price and jerky, they moan and grumble. Caresses fall, the wet body, they are allowed intoxicate by their senses. "Luke" moans Noah the bright eyes. " Aaah Noah!! " Answers Luke, both hands on Noah's ass, accompanying his knocks of pelvis which become more and more fast and strong. The ecstasy arrives as an explosion of star. Without strength, blindly, their mouths look for themselves. Noah tips over on the side and crosses his arm under Luke's nape of the neck which snuggles up to him. Satisfied, it is the smile on the lips which Luke and Noah are allowed take by the sleep.

The next day, they savor their last day in Paris locked in their room.

At the airport, Luke and Noah, kiss each other. Luke's plane is announced, the passengers have to go to the departure quay. It is the moment to part, they embrace last time, Noah watches Luke going away. Luke turns around last time to see Noah who makes him one sign of the hand. Luke in the plane thinks again about this magnificent stay. Even if Noah of him looks more of new, it is happy to have lived all this.

Some days later, Luke arrives at the farm when his cellphone rings. He answers.

Noah: Luke, it is me!!!
Luke: Noah!! I am so happy to hear your voice. It's crazy! I miss you, you know.
Noah: I miss you too. So much!
Luke: Where are you ? In Iraq ?
Noah: No!

The cellphone cuts suddenly, Luke does not understand the connection seemed good. " Noah ? " He asks. " Yes ? I am there! " Noah was there to surprise him! Luke turns around and sees Noah walking towards him. Luke rushes towards him. In arms one of the other one, Noah explains to Luke that he has to leave the army by announcing his homosexuality. Noah holds Luke tightly in his arms, "Luke, I would not leave you any more!" Noah whispers in Luke's ear.

They kiss each other and they once again feel like they were listening to the soft Parisian love song.
