 Write to Van at: Van Hansis PO Box 515 Nyack, NY, 10960 USA vanhansis@officialatwtfanclub.com | Van Hansis was born on September 25, 1981 as Evan Vanfossen Hansis in North Adams, MA, moving to Greenfield MA when he was in the third grade. Has a BFA in Acting from Carnegie Mellon University's School of Drama. Van has been playing the character of Luke Snyder on "As the World Turns" since Dec. 14, 2005. Van was nominated for a Daytime Emmy in 2007 and 2008 for Outstanding Younger Actor in a Drama Series for his role on "As the World Turns". In addition to "As the World Turns," from October 2007 through January 13, 2008, Van is appearing in the Off-Broadway production of Die Mommie Die. Van Hansis also starred in a student film The Time Machine, which can be seen on Youtube here. Van plays "Noah" in the short film "The Ladykiller". Watch it here. Van stars in Les Freres Corbusier's Dance Dance Revolution from December 3rd to December 20th 2008 playing Wiggles. Michael Fairman interviewed Van about his Emmy nomination. Read and listen here.
