Luke held on to Noah’s hand as if his life depended on it. They sat in their seats and watched until the moment came they had been waiting for all evening.

Noah looked as if he wanted to walk right out of there, his blue eyes full of hope.

And then it was there,

“Nominees for best motion picture are:
The legend of the bell, directed by Steven Spielberg, screenplay by Jonah Anderson
You and me against the world, directed by Noah Snyder, screenplay by Luke Snyder
Lord of the rings, the return of Frodo, directed and written by Toby Macquire
The incredible journey of a life time, directed by James van der Wood, screenplay by Joey Cruise.

And the winner is…………………………………….

You and me against the world by the Snyder boys”

Luke and Noah sat there for a moment not believing this was happening. Then they stood up to hug each other and the other members of the crew, laughing almost uncontrollably

They walked on to the stage and Noah accepted the little statue he had dreamed about since he was a little boy. His eyes became a bit teary as he stood by the microphone to address the crowed in front of him.

“I can’t believe this is happening. The story of this movie for me is not just a story, it is my story. The story of how I found true love.
I want to thank each and every one of you for the incredible feedback we got, for going to watch this love story and to love the characters in it.
I also want to thank our family and friends for their undying support and love but most of all I want to thank the love of my life, not only for his beautiful screenplay but for being the one. I love you Luke.”

He looked at the man standing next to him and leaned in for a kiss. Then they walked of the stage, holding hands, hearing the biggest applause for them.

Their dreams had all come true and life smiled upon them as they walked to their seats, still holding hands. They were never to let go

I love this story! I nearly cried when they got married. Laughd at the end with the award nominees, great story!
