"seriously... ONE chapter?! I'm quickly discovering I can't count to three in one chapter let alone write a whole wedding. Damn, I had intentionally avoided a wedding scene for Sliding Doors because I didn't want it to take away from the story's main theme, which was the reconciliation, but now... NOW I can't stop the flood of ideas coming at me, ugh... and it's totally taking me away from the piece I had wanted to start on.

"I said I wouldn't post any more, and i will probably be banned for this, but I really think i have to say this. Remember everyone, Luke and Noah cannot marry almost anywhere in the United States.
The ATWT plot which has Noah marry Ameera whom he hardly knows when he and Luke who supposedly love each other cannot marry is bad enough and a total insult to the show's gay audience, but that the Wiki is pretending that there is no homophobia at all in the United States and gay people can marry at will is really supremely offensive.
Does anyone remember ATWT saying one of its purposes in presenting the Luke and Noah plot is to encourage an understanding of gay issues? That seems to have been totally forgotten by them and on this site.
All of the people who on Jenn's poll said what they hated most is homophobia should really examine themselves. I am totally astonished at the total insensitivity to gay people shown by this contest. Let's all pretend there is no homophobia and invent cheerful upbeat storiesthat make us feel good and ignore the reality of homophobia seems to be its motto."
