This chapter while graphic was good as i did learn quite a bit, i've never heard of these acts occuring to homosexuals so it was interesting to see how society has somewhat changed in a way although not a whole lot as things like this are still happening. In australia there is increasing violence against the gay and lesbian community which isn't made public and Tasmania (a state of australia) is one of the most backward states (sorry to those who are Tasmanian but its true - thats why you have two heads).

"I am still reeling from this chapter. I've unfortunately read/heard stories similar to this in relation to the treatment of those accused with homosexual acts. It just breaks my heart. I cannot even begin to imagine how hard that must have been, and it really serves to put your own life into perspective. And to think that in some places it still continues, is horrid.

I like storys with people being haunted by ghost and things, but for me it has to really have a good or even a great plot to, because if it dosen't then it would just be a mess.
